| Mr. and Mrs. Griffin Pompano Beach, Florida 33060 We constructed their dream 6563 sq. ft. 4 bedroom/41/2 bathroom/4 car garage dream home on two waterways after removal of the existing house including the underground foundation in its entirety. It included 200 ft of decorative retaining walls on 2 sides of the property, a 50 ft long lap pool and installation of mature trees and landscaping. This two story “Key West Style” estate home with metal roof, isoynene insulation Trane hi efficiency air conditioning system, gas water heater, dryer, cook top/ovens, pool heater, as well as a two man steam shower with frameless glass enclosure, walk in attic storage, and winding staircase with balustrades and handrail on the 2nd floor open to the two story fireplace below surrounded by glass is cutting edge in keeping with today’s latest applications.
